The Second India Disaster Management Congress
TLC in India has proposed a panel consisting of key TLC members to participate in a session on “Involving Communities, Civil Society, and NGOs in Disaster Management” during the Second India Disaster Management Congress, to be held during November 4-6, 2009, in New Delhi. The proposed panel will lead a dialogue on disaster, development, and governance issues concerning the training and learning community in India.
